📋 Prompt Usage Guidelines

Free Prompts:

  • Intended for personal use and learning
  • Commercial and non-commercial purposes allowed
  • Respect the creator's original intent
  • Redistribution of prompt text: Prohibited

Paid Prompts:

✅Personal use: Unlimited
✅Commercial use: Allowed for buyer's own business
❌Redistribution of prompt text: Prohibited
✅Attribution: No permission needed (though attribution is appreciated)
✅Usage scope: Single business/organization

Note: These licensing terms are legally binding. Violations may result in account suspension.

❌ Prohibited Content

Illegal Content:

  • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Content that promotes illegal activities or criminal behavior
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Content that contains stolen or unauthorized material

Harmful Content:

  • Content that promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
  • Content that contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
  • Content that targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
  • Content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate for minors

Misleading Content:

  • False or misleading descriptions of prompt capabilities
  • Manipulated or fake example images
  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent content
  • Content that impersonates others or misrepresents identity

Privacy Violations:

  • Content that contains personal information without consent
  • Content that reveals private or confidential information
  • Content that violates others' privacy rights

🚨 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates our guidelines, please report it immediately:

How to Report:

  • Email: Send detailed reports to support@promptzoro.com
  • Include: URL of the content, description of the violation, and your contact information
  • Response Time: We review reports within 24-48 hours
  • Confidentiality: Your report will be kept confidential

What Happens Next:

  • Our moderation team reviews the reported content
  • If violations are found, content is removed and users may be warned
  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
  • We maintain records of all moderation actions

⚖️ Enforcement & Appeals

Enforcement Actions:

  • Warning: First-time violations typically result in a warning
  • Content Removal: Violating content is immediately removed
  • Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations may result in 7-30 day suspensions
  • Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent account termination

Appeals Process:

  • If you believe your content was removed in error, you may appeal
  • Send appeals to support@promptzoro.com within 7 days
  • Include your username, content details, and explanation
  • We review appeals within 5 business days
