Terms & Conditions

Prompt Ownership:

• Sellers retain ownership of their original prompts and grant PromptZoro a non-exclusive license to display and distribute their content on our platform.
• Buyers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased prompts for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the specific terms stated in each prompt listing.
• PromptZoro does not claim ownership of user-generated content but reserves the right to remove content that violates our policies.

Paid Prompt Commercial License:

Note: These license terms apply to all paid prompts purchased on PromptZoro. Free prompts are subject to different usage restrictions as outlined in our community guidelines.

Seller Warranties:

• By uploading prompts, sellers warrant that their content is original and does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Sellers must have the legal right to sell and license their prompts on our platform.
• Sellers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any third-party content included in their prompts.

Copyright Infringement:

• If you believe your copyright has been infringed, submit a takedown request to support@promptzoro.com with: (a) description of the copyrighted work, (b) location of the infringing material, (c) your contact information, and (d) statement of good faith belief.
• We will review and respond to legitimate takedown requests within 48 hours.
• Users may submit counter-notices if they believe content was removed in error.

Prohibited Content:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content that contains personal information without consent
• Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hate speech
• Spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Reporting & Moderation:

• Users can report inappropriate content through our reporting system or by emailing support@promptzoro.com
• We reserve the right to review, modify, or remove any content that violates our policies
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination
• We maintain records of moderation actions for legal protection

Dispute Process:

• Users must first attempt to resolve disputes directly with other users
• For platform-related disputes, contact support@promptzoro.com
• We will review disputes within 5 business days and provide a written response
• If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pune, Maharashtra, India

Escalation:

• Technical issues: Support team → Technical lead → Platform manager
• Payment disputes: Support team → Finance team → Legal team
• Content violations: Moderation team → Legal review → Final decision
